Founded as a Digital Agency
Geonet began in 2012 as a Bali-based digital marketing agency, specialising in data-driven growth strategies for property, tourism, and lifestyle brands. From a single desk in a storage unit, we helped clients reach global audiences with targeted campaigns, setting the stage for our future in real estate and investment marketing.
2020 - 2021
$300 Million in Sales & Regional Expansion
In the wake of a booming market, Geonet became a trusted marketing and lead generation partner for developers and agencies across Australia and Southeast Asia. We helped drive over $300 million in property sales and expanded our reach to include Thailand and Bali, alongside our long-time partner, Australian Property & Finance Group.
2022
Launch of Geonet Property & Finance Group (GPFG)
Geonet launched GPFG to unify our services—connecting buyers, agents, and developers across Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Europe. With a focus on fractional ownership, yield-focused units, and financing pathways, we created an accessible model for investors to tap into high-demand tourism zones and emerging property markets.
2023
Honing our Expertise in Hotel Investment
By 2023, Geonet was a market leader in Southeast Asia’s property sector, with a network of licensed brokers, tax advisors, and hotel specialists. We formed strategic partnerships with international operators such as TUI Blue and began aligning our developments with hotel-branded investments to enhance returns and investor appeal.
2024
A Breakout Year: $53M Sold & a New Home Base
2024 marked a milestone year for Geonet. We launched the Geonet Investment Fund—an AFSL-regulated vehicle offering secure access to Bali’s most promising hotel projects. We also surpassed $53 million in hotel unit sales across Bali, proving both demand and trust in our model. To support this growth, we opened our new international headquarters in Bali—a purpose-built space housing our sales, marketing, and design teams along with modern spaces for content production, events, and training.
