Each and every developer is trying to tell me that they are the best, as if they are the most established and reliable. It was more of a tunnel vision. However, when I used Geonet, they were sort of like, 'here’s the whole menu of options. These are the developers; these are the pros and cons. This area; these are the pros and cons.' To be honest, because you (Geonet) have a vested interest in promoting and acquiring many clients, your credibility is on the line. So I had to put my trust in Geonet, and luckily, that paid off.

A lot of people have said that investing overseas is risky because you're not actually there, and you don't know what's going on, and you can’t fly back and forth to check up on it. But because I've already dealt with Geonet, Pierre, and Matt, I thought it should be good to go. There wasn't much work left on my side since all the property handling and purchasing is done by you (Geonet).

I wanted to earn a second income. I used to buy stocks, but sometimes they go up and down, so I cannot see that money in my account.
