Property Sales Executive/Agent Position

Geonet Property and Finance Group (GPFG) is expanding, and quickly! We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Sales Agents to join our team. We have laid the groundwork with a comprehensive and proven lead nurturing funnel for our sales agents. We provide you with everything you need for success, which can lead to endless earning potential for a driven and experienced real estate sales executive.
Featured in Forbes Australia and Australian Financial Review, GPFG is an innovative, tech-driven property investment company. We provide cash-flow positive investment strategies in high-demand markets in Australia and Southeast Asia, with a niche for hotel and resort investments, working with world-renowned hospitality operators TUI Blue and Ramada Encore.

job responsibilities:

  • Generate sales from our various lead generation campaigns, which include digital marketing, podcast and webinars, and email distributions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Conduct property investment Zoom presentations and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about our properties and how they fit into a wealth creation strategy.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals through our property selling platform, where investors can buy full or fractional ownership with our “Buy Now” interface.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and continuously improve your knowledge of our properties and the real estate market.

job requirements:

  • A proven track record of high-end sales experience, preferably in real estate, wealth creation, finance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required.
  • Conduct property investment Zoom presentations and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about our properties and how they fit into a wealth creation strategy.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals through our property selling platform, where investors can buy full or fractional ownership with our “Buy Now” interface.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and continuously improve your knowledge of our properties and the real estate market.
  • A positive attitude and outlook, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet or exceed sales targets, where everyone shares in success and growth.
  • Tech-savvy, able to work with our tools for CRM, API automations, JustCall, Zoom, and our property sales management platform.
  • A passion for the property markets in Australia and SE Asia, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in your role.

Positions are open Australia with flexible, work-from-home schedules, or also in Bali at our brand new head office in Seminyak, opening in July.
