job responsibilities:

Financial Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and general ledger reconciliation.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor financial plans and cash flow projections.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, project financial reports, and management reports for key stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and industry standards.
ERP & Financial Systems: Manage and enhance financial systems and processes, including ERP software to improve automation and reporting accuracy.

job requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in similar Accounting or Finance roles.
Proficiency in financial management software (Xero) & other dashboard management (Fathom, Monday, Databox).
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia.
Industry Knowledge: understanding of financial regulations, real estate development, and construction industry dynamics.
Fluency in English is a must.

This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, improving financial controls, and supporting business growth with strong financial operations acumen. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance/accounting, and preferably has previously worked in fast & high-volume operations.
