Geonet Property and Finance Group (GPFG) is expanding, and quickly! We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Sales Agents to join our team. We have laid the groundwork with a comprehensive and proven lead nurturing funnel for our sales agents. We provide you with everything you need for success, which can lead to endless earning potential for a driven and experienced real estate sales executive.

We provide cash-flow positive investment strategies in high-demand markets in Australia and Southeast Asia, with a niche for hotel and resort investments, working with world-renowned hospitality operators TUI Blue and Ramada Encore.

job responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Manager to create visually compelling graphic and video content.
Assist in all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to shooting and post-production editing.
Ensure video and audio quality meet professional standards and align with the company's branding.
Support the development of creative video and graphic assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media.
Design motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
Research and apply the latest trends in graphic design and video production to keep content fresh and engaging.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all projects.

job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video production, with a portfolio showcasing creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic understanding of motion graphics.
Experience with lighting, camera operation, and video shooting techniques.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative design principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced creative team.
English fluency required.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic & Video Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through design and video, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects.

At Geonet, In our brand new office, we have our own podcast and video production studio, complete with green screen. We are one of the most creative, innovative offices in Bali, working across industries of property, investment, hospitality & food & beverage. Our team works with international brands as our partners to launch our own projects and developments. You will work with an international team, with some of Australia's most reputable and award-winning creative talents.
