job responsibilities:

Support podcasting and webinar initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of live and recorded sessions.
Assist in planning and organizing podcast and webinar schedules.
Coordinate with speakers, hosts, and guests, providing technical and logistical support.
Set up, test, and maintain audio-visual equipment before events.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues during live sessions.
Manage inventory, storage, and maintenance of production equipment.
Prepare detailed production checklists and timelines to ensure seamless operations.
Source and set up microphones, cameras, lighting, and software tools for production.
Operate production equipment during live sessions and recordings, ensuring high-quality output.
Monitor audio and video quality in real-time, resolving issues promptly.
Maintain and manage production spaces, ensuring a professional environment.
Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and technical support during sessions.

job requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or Media Production.
Experience: 1-2 years experience in broadcasting or media production industry. Prior experience as a production assistant is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital media trends and property industry is a plus
