Design Manager
Join Geonet's Development Team and play a key role in delivering world-class hospitality projects such as ELLE Resort & Beach Club and The Wylder. Working closely with internationally recognized hotel brands, consultants, architects, and contractors, you'll oversee design coordination to ensure exceptional quality, functionality, and brand excellence from concept through delivery.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate design development across hospitality projects from concept through delivery.
- Manage relationships with architects, consultants, hotel brands, and contractors.
- Ensure design quality, functionality, and brand standards are met throughout each project.
- Oversee documentation, design reviews, and multidisciplinary project workflows.
About you:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in hospitality, design, construction, or project management.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality developments.
