ELLE Resort & Beach Club offers hotel suite investment, where investors purchase an individual hotel suite within a professionally managed resort. Rather than managing guests yourself, the hotel operator handles bookings, operations, maintenance, and guest services.
Can foreigners invest in ELLE Resort & Beach Club?
Yes. Foreign investors can invest through the project's ownership structure designed for international buyers. During the webinar, we'll explain how the ownership model works and what documentation is provided.
How do investors earn returns?
Returns are generated from the resort's operating performance. As guests stay at the hotel and enjoy the resort's facilities, revenue is generated and shared with investors according to the investment structure.
Are returns guaranteed?
Yes. Investors receive a guaranteed return of 8%–10% per annum for up to 5 years, depending on their investment structure. Following the guaranteed return period, investors receive a 45% share of the resort's net revenue, generated from accommodation, dining, and beach club operations.
