We’re excited to share that Geonet and the ELLE Resort & Beach Club project were recently featured in the Sydney Morning Herald.
The article highlighted our innovative approach to luxury hospitality investment in Bali, spotlighting the ELLE Resort & Beach Club as a first-of-its-kind collaboration between a global fashion brand, world-class hospitality operators, and experienced property developers.

In the article, we were able to share our vision for a 5-star beachfront lifestyle destination in Seminyak, developed by Geonet Developments International, operated by SONO Hotel & Resorts. We also discussed what makes this project unique, with its prime beachfront location and integrated beach club to the exclusive ELLE branding that will set it apart in Bali’s luxury market.
The feature also touched on Bali’s strong tourism recovery, the rising demand for branded resort experiences, and the limited opportunities for beachfront development in sought-after areas like Seminyak. These factors, combined with our multi-revenue-stream business model, are creating strong interest from both domestic and international investors.
Chad Egan, CEO of Geonet, shared his enthusiasm for the experience:
“It was fantastic to work with the editors and journalists at the Sydney Morning Herald to tell the story of ELLE Resort & Beach Club. They really understood the excitement behind bringing such an iconic brand to Bali, and we’re thrilled to see this project recognised on a national stage. The response since the article went live has been incredible.”
We’re proud to see the ELLE Resort & Beach Club in the spotlight and to share our journey with the Sydney audiences and beyond.
