Site Works Begin at ELLE Resort and The Wylder!

Exciting progress is now underway across both of Geonet’s flagship Bali hospitality developments, with site works officially commencing at both ELLE Resort & Beach Club Bali in Seminyak and The Wylder in Berawa.

At ELLE Resort & Beach Club Bali, the site has entered a major new phase following months of planning, design coordination, and technical preparation. Hoarding and safety infrastructure are now being installed across the beachfront site, while demolition and clearing works have commenced across the existing beach club structures.

The beginning of works was marked with a traditional Balinese blessing ceremony, recognising the cultural importance of the site and the exciting transformation ahead.

The development will become the world’s first full-scale ELLE Resort & Beach Club, bringing together hospitality, fashion, wellness, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences in one integrated beachfront destination.

At the same time, major progress is also taking place at The Wylder in Berawa, where site clearance has now been completed in preparation for the next phase of development. Construction on The Wylder is expected to begin first, potentially as early as Q2 2026.

Designed as an active lifestyle hotel in the heart of Berawa, The Wylder will combine hospitality, wellness, dining, social spaces, and multiple integrated revenue streams into one modern lifestyle destination.

Both projects are currently reviewing submissions from Tier 1 contractors, with final construction partner selections expected to be announced soon.
